Title:
user-dirs-update-gtk.desktop autostart file needs comment, proper
  capitalization

Status in “xdg-user-dirs-gtk” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xdg-user-dirs-gtk

After opening the sessions capplet on gutsy, one item is "User folders
update" with "No Description". It should have a description informing
the user what it does, and it should be properly capitalized like the
other autostart names (ie: "User Folders Update")
