Yes, I did install the AMD Ans ATI drivers manually. I also tried to
install Intel graphics drivers. But the latest version of the Intel
graphics driver was allready installed. Problem still exists.

Title:
  After update&upgrade packages Ubuntu 13.10

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After installing python 3.3 and python libraries and update+upgrade of
the system it booted into the splash screen. Instead of displaying the
desktop after the splash screen (atomatic login) the OS displayed a
problem report dialog and the splash screen just stayed frozen.
Everything else (webserver, minecraft server, etc. etc.) just works
fine when I connect to the machine on which the OS is installed. Only
the desktop of the OS will not appear.
