1. Click "Write your own review" somewhere.
2. Hold down Alt and press Tab.
What you see:
* USC has a sharp icon.
* The review dialog has a blurry icon.
What you should see: Both have the same icon.
Fixing bug 977147 would be one way of fixing this bug.
