Wrong "Reboot Required" for kmod:wl on livecd

Bug description:
Enabling the wireless module for this laptop's wireless device with
jockey-gtk's list of applications displays a "reboot required" which
just isn't possible on the livecd I was running (amd64 Karmic). Using
jockey-text seemed to bypass the "reboot required" messages if I
recall correctly, certainly it worked just fine without rebooting.
