Bug description:
jockey fails to download and install drivers when other apt process is
running (like update-manager). The error message is just that the
process has failed and that a log file was created.
In the log file only the usual
"2012-06-26 23:41:27,128 ERROR: Package fetching failed: Failed to lock
/var/cache/apt/archives/lock"
is present.
This is inconvenient to the user. Jockey should report that it can't
download &install drivers when other apt processes are running.
