Title:
Wrong sound cards (input and output) selected after suspend

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have two sound cards, one is internal (its jack is physically
broken) and another USB sound card. I also have an internal mic port
as well as a Logitech camera port. I work with the USB card and
  Logitech selected from Sound Settings...

Sound DOES work after suspend, when I select the cards above, but
every time I suspend the first cards on the list (internal out and
  internal in) are selected.
