Logitech X-530 Speaker trouble

Bug description:
My Logitech speakers are (1) working at very low output compared to
Windows XP, (2) one speaker is not putting out any sound, and (3) the
system is sending signals to wrong outputs ( i.e. left rear coming out
of right front speaker).
