Need to update to use the new gweather 3.6.
Packaging is in lp:~robert-ancell/gnome-applets/gweather-3.6 with
patch from https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=678977. Patch
is missing a file, awaiting update from patch author.
