HOW TO REPRODUCE
******************
WAY 1:
1. In a different computer from where you have purchased the software, in the
Software Center go to the "File / Reinstall previous shoppings" menu.
2. Try to install already paid software that isn't installed yet.
WAY 2:
1. Buy an app from a computer.
2. Try to install the app from a different one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

- The application to be installable.

REAL BEHAVIOUR

- The application's package cannot be found.

WORK-AROUND
*************
- To delete the Software Center key (for example by using the "passwords and
keys" application), and not using the "reinstall previous shoppings" feature in
the Software Center.

RELEVANT DETAILS
******************
- The Software Center only add commercial ppas in the first sing-on but never
latter, leaving new ppas not being added. So this is why commercial packages
cannot be found.
- Bug #1179903 is linked but not duplicated of this flaw.
