Title:
Natty: No way to switch windows with mouse on second monitor

Status in Unity:
  Invalid
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
In a dual-monitor setup, using the mouse there is no way to switch
between two applications that both reside on the right monitor without
traveling to the far left to the launcher, which takes much time. Of
course the keyboard shortcuts can be used, but these don't help in all
situations as well (for example when doing drag'n'drop, or when the
  user doesn't know them).

So there should be a way to switch between windows on a single monitor
without the mouse having to leave that monitor.
