Title:
Do not display active city name twice in menu

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: indicator-weather

Currently, the name of the active city is displayed as the first menu
item, and then again in the next section that allows for switching
between cities. This duplication is a confusing waste and should be
  removed.

I propose combining these, so that the active city label itself would
become "checked" to indicate the active city. If another city was
chosen, then the weather information for that city would be displayed
below it, instead of always at the top.
