After deleting all files in /var/crash and waited for some days, the
problem seems resolved.

Bug description:
since two or three days (starting approx 08/06/13) apport-gtk opens 2
processes consuming 4-5 Gb RAM and 12% CPU each.
Sometimes appear a warning message saying that there is no more memory
available for reporting crashes.
OS: Ubuntu 13.04 amd64
apport-gtk version: 2.9.2-0ubuntu8.3
