I tried image in my previous attachment again and it worked fine this time so it's not for every jpeg-2000 image.
However, new image in attachment does reproducibly crash nautilus in ubuntu 64bit 13.04 livecd. It works in 32bit livecd fine though so indeed this bug probably applies only to 64bit.
