Title:
Windows disappear when moved between workspaces

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I just upgraded to 13.04 and enabled four workspaces. If I open a
window in one workspace and use the pop-up menu to move it to another
one it just disappears. This seems to happen for all applications. The
process keeps on running, but the window disappears, as does the icon
  in the launcher.

(I also note that the option to move to the workspace below has
disappeared, but perhaps this is intentional.)
