libreoffice crash to zombie when saving to samba

Bug description:

Reproduce: open a file via thunar from a samba drive, change it and save it.
Reproduced in writer an calc, other libreoffice programs not tested.
This happens in libreoffice-core 4.0.2 (official ubuntu release) and 4.0.3
(ppa )
Libreoffice stops resonding. The process does not stop when command is given
to end the process.
The network drive is mounted via gvfs.
This problem was reported to be solved in 4.0.2-RC2
Still open after ending the process:
soffice.bin
oosplash
oosplash can be killed. killing the soffice.bin process ends up with zombie.
Then only logout helps (fortunately reboot is not needed).
