Title:
Touchpad : The laptop integrated touchpad periodically "freezes"
Status in “xserver-xorg-input-synaptics” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-mouse
First of all here my configuration :
Laptop PC : TARGA
CPU : Athlon XP 2000+
GPU : ATI Mobile Radeon 9000
Then the explanation :
Periodically (each 30 seconds), when I'm using the integrated touchpad, the
mouse pointer stays stuck on the screen (only the pointer freezes). At this
time, I can still use the keyboard, and I have to wait a few seconds (5
seconds) before I can move the pointer again with the integrated touchpad.
I don't use any extra mouse.
