Bug description:
The following error is reported during the saucy server print server
installations with 20130814 images, both amd64 and i386. These images
have cups filters of the version cups-filters_1.0.36. Occurs on both
preseeded and manual installations.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install utah using
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:utah/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install utah
2. Now run
udo -u utah -i run_utah_tests.py -i /pth/to/iso/saucy-server-i386.iso -p
lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server/preseeds/print-server.preseed
lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server/runlists/print-server.run -x
/etc/utah/bridged-network-vm.xml
