Bug description:
I am running 11.10 RC x64, and after installing GIMP today I was
surprised to find that only the center window had window decorations
and was able to be moved/closed/or resized.
This is an obvious issue and needs to be fixed ASAP, because not
having a working GIMP is a HUGE issue to TONS of users.
