Bug description:
After upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 gnome-pannel buttons to maximice,
minimize and close sometimes stop working, you click on then and
nothing happens, sometimes seems you don't have the focus on the app
but yo ckick on the app, the focus is on the app and you can't close,
maximize or minimize.
It's a serious bug because your only way to close an app is alt+f4
