Bug description:
This bug showed up since 4.1.0.
I just upgraded to 4.1.1, and its still there.
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS
Release: 12.04
$ apt-cache policy libreoffice
libreoffice:

There is also an Upstream Bug:
