Bug description:
I've tried:
system > preferences > keyboard
layout option (3rd tab)
Caplock key behaviour (3rd line)
tick button: caplock uses internal capitalization. Shift cancels caplock.
(2nd line)
BUT shift doesn't cancel caplock, sorry
