Title:
Selecting SSL/TLS encryption for IMAP account connects to wrong server
port

Bug description:
This report applies to evolution package 2.5.92-0ubuntu1.
While editing my IMAP account properties, Evolution lets me select
connection encryption type under the "Security" heading on the
"Receiving Email" tab.
The problem is, if I choose SSL or TLS encryption, Evolution attempts
to connect to my mail server on port 143. Many IMAP servers are
configured to offer TLS/SSL connections on server port 993 (imaps).
Since this version of Evolution does not allow me to specify the IMAP
port it should connect to, and since it does not use port 993 when 143
is closed, I cannot check my email.
