it is strange that dB are 0.20 in amixer since dB range of softvol is
-51 to 0

Bug description:
This occurs on the Ubuntu with wubi installer. I have installed
previous versions of linux on the same hardware which didn't have this
issue. Windows 7 doesn't have this issue.
