Title:
  VLC don't start from dash from the first click on it

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Firstly it is no integrated with the sound-indicator like it was in
  12.04.

  Secondly when I am trying to start it from the dash I click on it 1
  time - nothing happens, but the process is running in system monitor.
  I need to click on it again and then it comes up. But there are 2
  process running.
