Title:
gtk title bar over the chromium tabs

Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hello,

I've had problem with my chromium-browser, as reported in other bug.
I've decided to reinstall Ubuntu to Ubuntu Gnome 13.10.

I installed all my software and after that I tried install nvidia drivers.
Unfortunately, those drivers still not working for me, so uninstalled them
and then I noticed that from time to time, when I run chromium gtk title bar is
over the chromium bar, so I can't click anything.

Only solution partly is to click CTRL+N to open new window (not always
working with this bug) and after that everything works well.

PrtScr of this bug is attached.
