i can't write in french on dashboard with ibus, but i can write in
chinese since 13.10 upgrade

Bug description:
Since i have upgrade ubuntu 13.04 => 13.10
it have modify the way unity and ibus work
when i am on chinese mode => i can write everywhere (unity and apps)
when i am on french mode (azerty) => i can write everywhere, excepte on
dashboard of unity
but when i use the arrows of keyboard, i can navigate in dashboard, it just
when i type letter or number or whatever else it won't write
