Steps to reproduce:
1. Download: my Codeblocks-Crash-File

2. Report it, using "ubuntu-bug _usr_bin_codeblocks.1000.crash"
3. Click "Send" in the opened apport-window.
4. Apport will tell you that this bug has already been reported and will open
the default webbrowser with the bug-url.
What is Expected to happen:
I'm directed to a bugreport which has the Details about the bug I experienced.
What actually happens:
I'm directed to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1195867 which greets me with
"Error: page not found".
I can't find a way to report my bug even though apport seems to think it is
already reported in an non-existing bug.
