Bug description:
Problem occurs with: Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.22, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
Does not occur with: Nautilus
1. Log in to an account that uses an RTL language, e.g. Arabic.
2. Open Ubuntu Software Center, and install or remove something.
What you see: The progress bar goes from left to right.
What you should see: The progress bar goes from right to left.
