When unplugging the headphones the call should return to the earpiece, but it
goes to the speakerphone. Note the speakerphone icon on the dialer-app is not
toggled on even when this occurs.

Bug description:
If I plug in a headset during a call (maguro device), the call moves
to the headphones of the headset and I can resume the call. If I
unplug the headset, I can hear the voice on the loudspeakers of the
device though with no way to move it to where it was before.
