Have you been able to reproduce this recently?
Unfortunately, it seems like the backtrace here doesn't contain anything
useful, and I also can't successfully retrace it to get anything
meaningful for a good debugging session...
I'd be tempted to leave this as Incomplete until we can reproduce this
bug in the current versions of NetworkManager and Glib.

This is similiar to a few other bugs from the past (bug #434391, bug
#269010, bug #797868...), which are all closed, so I'm filing a new
one.
This just popped up from apport when I started my system (possibly a
failure from before the power cycle).
