The "turn screen off when inactive for" option is not saved

Bug description:
Hi,
the option above is never saved. It always stays selected at "Never". Also
when i try to select some other value it says in terminal:
(gnome-control-center:7240): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **:
g_settings_set_value: key 'idle-delay' in 'org.gnome.desktop.session'
expects type 'u', but a GVariant of type 'i' was given
However, using xset dpms 300 300 works and is a temporary workaraound.
