Bug description:
I see extra text in some launcher tooltips like the attached image
showing "Chromium Web BrowserCh" - it seems to always be a repeat of
the first few letters cut off somewhere. I also see it for USC, System
Settings, Workspace Switcher..., but not for e.g. terminal or gedit.
