Title:
Routing table for mobile connection not always properly configured
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
After several hours or less of uptime with an active non-roaming GPRS
connection, the connection ceases to be valid, and the network becomes
un-reachable, although the network indicator will indicate that 3G is
connected.
Reproduced on maguro with system image #70 ( converted to RW, !updated
), using a test version of NetworkManager ( see attached NM packages )
that contains proposed re-connection fixes.
Running 'nmcli c' shows an active connection. Same for the ofono-
script 'list-connections' which shows valid IPv4 settings. The
routing table however is empty, and therefore the network un-
reachable.
