  gnome-color-manager should be nstalled by defult

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Currently gcm is not installed by default. Color settings depending on this 
package will just file.
  Ubuntu should install it or notify about missing package, which i assume is 
hard way to do.
