Title:
gnome-control-center crashed with SIGSEGV in cogl_context_new()

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Sorry, I have no idea. I started KDE and five Apport dialogs opened
after failing to start Cinnamon with no panel or window manager. I had
  the same problem with Gnome.

I also get: 'Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "overlay-scrollbar"'
It's probably because I uninstalled it because I hate overlay
scrollbars. In my opinion, the fix for the module error should not be
to make overlay-scrollbars a dependency, but to skip loading overlay-
scrollbars if it does not exist.
