Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
Place windows on different workspaces and then select to show Desktop in
Alt+Tab.
What happens
it simply minimises all windows on all workspaces.

Desired Solution:
Only applications on the current workspace should be minimised. This
is consistent with the segregation of different workspaces in Alt-Tab,
etc...
