Title:
No Subwoofer after song change pulseaudio bug

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Bug seems comparable with bug #857452 and bug #796262.

Pulseaudio is going crazy when fiddling around with the volume
sliders, and the subwoofer becoms silent after songchange. When
deselect 5.1 and reselect 5.1 sub go's into action again. When
fiddeling around the volumes suddenly jumped to max which almost fried
  my subwoofer.

Im using a fresh install of and fresh installs of pulseaudio.

Alsaaudio does not seem to have the bug but i am not happy with alsa
because of the lack of decent keyboard mediakeys (volume) support.

Elementry OS, latest version, 11 August 2013
