The upstream test suite runs during package build, and succeeded on all
architectures for all releases.

I successfully ran the postgresql-common integration tests for all
releases with the actual packages from -proposed.

Bug description:
  PostgreSQL will announce new upstream microreleases tomorrow. Just
  normal bug fixes this time, no security issues.
