Title:
[HP EliteBook hostname, Analog Devices AD1984A, Black Mic, Internal]
Recording problem
Status in “alsa-driver” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
The built in microphone for HP EliteBook 6930p is not recording
properly. During record and playback test the volume is really really
low. A similar problem existed in earlier releases of Ubuntu (<10.10)
and it was resolved by adding a line "options snd-hda-intel
model=laptop" to alsa-base.conf file. However this does not work any
more for the current 12.04 release.
