Thanks for your help to improve Ubuntu by reporting this issue!

30-cjk-aliases.conf was edited last June when fixing bug #1191450, and
two users reported that it fixed the problem. Did you possibly upgrade
to 13.10 from a not updated 13.04?

  Having multiple <family> in <alias> isn't supported and may not work
  as expected
