to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

  Error while updating to 13.10

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I got some error saying something  like"some of your files may not respond up 
to the mark".
  Please advise how can I Identify and correct the problem. I must also say 
that I am not at all
  a technician.
