This bug is still present in Ubuntu 13.10, I just got it on a (mostly) fresh install of 13.10, after changing the theme in Chromium. The same theme was working fine in 13.04.

Those hnormally are grayied and diminished instead of using threee dots as firefox does, so the problem probally is related to fonts. I've tryied a lot of things before reporting this, as erasing my .kde, my .gtk and my chromium/chrome profiles, disabled font smoothing, changed fonts, enabled and disabled glx... nothing worked.
