Expected: System Settings sections to open.
What happened: It crashed.
When opening the appearance section there is no problem, when going
back to "All Settings" it is fine, but when I attempt to open the user
accounts section it crashes. The same is true even if I open some
other sections in between. It is also true in reverse.
Reproducing the error in the Terminal:
