Title:
  The default of "org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.touchpad horiz-
  scroll-enabled false should be overridden

Status in “ubuntu-settings” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
The option is not available in the System Settings Mouse and Touchpad panel
so users would have to enable thru dconf/gsettings which isn't reasonable.
So some consideration should be given to adding to
10_ubuntu-settings.gschema.override

  [org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.touchpad]
  disable-while-typing = true
  tap-to-click = true
  horiz-scroll-enabled = true
