Bug description:
My 12.04 os will not allow me to update anything. I also cannot
upgrade to 12.10 for some reason. I have attempted to do a
installation via usb and also dvd, but to no avail. Also, this always
pops up on my screen; package libreoffice-core 1:3.5.3-0ubuntu1 failed
to install/upgrade: conflicting packages - not installing libreoffice-
core.
