3) Tried to close "System Settings" via the "Close" button and also
tried opening "Display" or "Sound".
4) "System Settings" doesn't close out and when trying to enter into
"Display" or "Sound" under "Hardware" it gives me a blank screen or
just stays on the first "System Settings" screen.
