doesn't respect pritable area

Bug description:
If i print a PDF (with setting "Fit to Printable Area" or "Shrink to
Printable Area", doesn't matter), some part of the document is missing at the
right side.
I expect the document to be fully visible.
I already tried to alter ImageableArea in my printer's ppd according to the
following link, but that doesn't help.
