When I have internet-connection via mobile broadband (that was configured by 
command 'sudo pppconfig'), USC think i didn't  connected. And not only USC - 
whole system don't think different.
What happens in result:
1) Can't install any app in USC

What happens in other affected packages:
2) Ubuntu One - do not synchronise
3) Thunderbird - don't search new messages
4) Firefox - always starts in Offline Mode
5) Banshee - din't start synchronisation with Last.FM integration
6) Rhythmbox - the same as Banshee

I attached my settings, they have been configured via 'sudo pppconfig'
and located at '/etc/ppp/peers/provider' file.
