Hmm, weird. I'm guessing you can't click the menu item? Just to rule Unity out, could you start Banshee in a terminal as: UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= banshee And see if the option is grayed out there? -- Kind regards, Loong Jin -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to banshee in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/879328 Title: Equalizer option is disabled / grayed out Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Unsure as to the reason, there doesn't seem to be an option for it on the preferences menu (or anywhere that doesn't require me to look at code or recompile the whole thing) , but the equalizer option is inaccessible and has been since the 2.2 update (it was working before). Hopefully it's a real life bug and not a bad case of user n00bism (me) :) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10 Package: banshee 2.2.0-1ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-12.20-generic 3.0.4 Uname: Linux 3.0.0-12-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu3 Architecture: amd64 Date: Fri Oct 21 10:49:01 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release amd64 (20101007) SourcePackage: banshee UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to oneiric on 2011-09-01 (49 days ago) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/banshee/+bug/879328/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
