Title:
Edgy: "Pipe to program" in Message Filters displays File Open dialog

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
  Confirmed
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in “evolution” source package in Edgy:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Having just upgraded from Dapper to Edgy, I now get a "Choose a File"
dialog when I wish to specify a command to which to pipe. However, it
seems to provide no way for me to specify a command line option, viz:

  bogofilter -s

This seems to be changed behaviour to me - or is it a new 'feature'?

'Before' and 'After' screenshots are viewable on:

Before - (Dapper) [From my unupgraded machine!] http://seaspray
  .trinity-bris.ac.uk/~robertsp/evoshot-dapper.png

  After - (Edgy)
  http://seaspray.trinity-bris.ac.uk/~robertsp/evoshot-edgy.png

I cannot find a reference to this changed behaviour in the
  documentation.
